With a Bachelor’s in Biology from Eastern Oregon University and a Master’s in Biology from Osaka University, he applies his expertise to strengthen community programs and improve local health outcomes.
Byron provides expert guidance on environmental health regulations and safety while actively developing programs that prevent health risks and promote wellness.
He is known for his dedication to public service and strong community engagement, consistently working to make Umatilla County a healthier place for all residents.
